A bunch of WinStore related shit under the UnistackSvcGroup was regularly eating up up to 20% minimum of my CPU at any given time. Advice online said to turn off automatic updates in the Store to get rid of that but it didn't work. Used the Win10 bloat remover and it got rid of that, the worthless Xbox app and its DVR function that sucked performance, worthless shit like the weather app that was also eating up resources and whatever else that helped.
