If the robotic arm is equivalent to Geralt's signs we have a really interesting fight. Geralt has the upper hand but Snake can easily win if he makes smart use of his arm. Especially the rocket arm and the stun arm.

In the books, Geralt becomes incredibly fast after drinking potions. It even takes some effort to slow down his facial movements, so he can speak. That's why he can fight extremely dangerous monsters but gets killed by a peasant with a pitchfork. That would however most likely destroy the flow of the gameplay, so they changed it for the games.
