I tried for a bit, then stopped for about a year
Tried again for about a month of daily uploads, then quit for another year or so
Finally, this was recently, I tried again, got through about a week of 2 videos per day, then said fuck it and deleted my channel.
I'm shit with it, and might consider getting into it again casually when i get my new computer.

Alright, I think I have a feel for your channel. You're a naturally monotone person, so overtime by making more and more videos, you'll naturally sound a bit more into what you're doing and shit. Just thought I'd mention that since that's kind of the case with me. I started off sounding super monotone, but it fixed itself over time as I got more comfortable talking to nothing basically. Let me tell you, editing is your friend, as nobody is gonna want to watch 20+ minutes of anybody doing anything like this unless you already have an established fanbase of people who are interested in you. With only 6 subs, you haven't gotten there yet. I'd recommend getting comfortable with Sony Vegas some more and work on cutting out unnecessary parts of your video. Moments like where fast traveling, deciding on what to do next, and super long fights, can be trimmed or completely cut out. It makes it to where there's always something going on, and that's the key. Consistent progression in the video keeps people slightly more engaged. Also, talk a bit more about how you feel about certain things. Your commentary mainly consists of "we're doing x", "we have to kill x", "my gun is good against x", ect. Nothing wrong with saying those things, but tell me how you feel about the environments and shit. I dunno, throw in your humor and stuff, don't be afraid to be yourself. Crack jokes and shit. It'll come naturally over time, but just try working on implementing the little things here and there. I'll leave it at that, since I don't really have a problem with the audio or video quality. Just edit your shit down, and work on saying a few things as if you were saying them to another person.

Yeah so, this really isn't the type of video I usually watch. The facecam shit is mostly unnecessary, but that's just my own preference, do what you are most comfortable with. I feel like there isn't a whole lot of chemistry here, maybe you guys are good pals irl, but the guy on the right and on the left are fairly camera/mic shy. I'm sure over time you'll get better at having a natural communication over video. Also, work on audio balancing. You all are very quite, and there are a few moments in the bomberman video where the audio gets louder than what it constantly is. Audacity is a pretty good and free editing software for audio. The quickplay video is fairly long for a small channel like yours. I get why it's a long part, since that's kind of the theme of the quickplay series you have. I dunno, it's all not really my cup of tea, and if anything, the dude in the middle could probably make some videos on his own, I could see that potentially working out a bit better than the threesome. But hey, things like this are really fun when more people get involved. Also, unlike what >>376795167 said, I actually like when people are knowledgable about the game theyre playing, but that's just me. Maybe some blind videos would be entertaining, but for now, work on the chemistry and audio editting. It'll become more comfortable of an experience over time for the three of you.

The bomberman video does seem a little stiff, we're still getting used to being on camera, but in Alan wake I think we all felt a bit more comfortable.
