The game is kind of counter intuitive, it's not really like a traditional jrpg in terms of how the game flows.
If you start that game and end up grinding/battling too much, the difficulty scales out of control and becomes a nightmare.
The battle system also feels like an incredible hassle for the first 10 hours or so.
