If he can wipe out a country, he can pierce the AT Field, it's been pierced before it's just hard to do Ramiel's AT Field was pierced without an AT Field weakening it, but Peak Unit 01 is probably around the same level look at the scene in EoE where it restores the Black Moon

While non-canon, one of my favorite crossover moments ever was in SRW Alpha, where the Reinforce Jr. rams an angel full-steam, essentially turning itself into a beam saber the size of a battleship. It ended up not only piercing the AT Field, but killing the angel on the spot. Everyone, including the captain, is surprised that it actually worked.

Dino Charge: IIRC, Super Dino Charge's finale had the core Dino Charge Zords avoid being crushed by a black hole
Zeo but only with time since Zeo powers constantly grow
