I couldn't tell you how long it took me because I learned it as a kid, but when I picked fighting games back up in 09 it took me a little bit in training to get it down again. Instead we got an alien coming to earth and forced teamups it looks like with a side helping of some impressive dress up and light customization.

Honestly you should have 3 custom move slots to change things around to help mix the character up more, especially with some taking two slots and getting a decent looking gear let along the right mix of stats/ effects you want is going to be a pain in the ass.

A pain that won't matter because everyone's going to play competitive anyway since gears will be broken as shit and be revealed as such within the first week.
