The map is not only convoluted and huge, but the quests are insanely vague. I would get get prompts like "Kill the demon in Tokyo". IT'S ALL FUCKING TOKYO! Please tell me I'm not the only one who felt this way.

I've been playing SMT1 as my first game in the series, and while I've been enjoying it I do feel a little lost sometimes, in both the sense of navigating maps and knowing where to go.

Do the later games handle this better? I'm not asking to be handheld, I'm just asking if there's a little more clues on where to go in the games.

SMT IV has a legitimately awful world map that will be extremely confusing unless you live in Tokyo and know it like the back of your hand. You're better off having Google Maps for Tokyo open on your PC or phone while you play IV. I can understand if you gave up on IV because of it. I have no idea how Atlus thought that was acceptable. That's one of the things that Apocalypse fixed. It's much easier to know where you're suppose to go with objective markers for the main story and the map locations being labeled.

She's okay in boss battles, but Asahi/Navarre/Isabeau are just above everyone else, while Gaston is worse than everyone else.
