Not a jiggs main but justcremember to sleep well, drink lots of water and warm up a bit before.

Also try to go in with the mindset of fun. Nerves and pressure is a one way street to leaving mad or frustrated. Yiou are there to have fun and meet new people first and foremost so enjoy yourself.
