You'll find lots of games that were released on Dreamcast + 2 of the other consoles, but released on all four are pretty rare. CVS2 was only released on DC in Japan, so I'm sure there's other JP exclusive games that made it across all 4 platforms.

Nitpicky, but only released on Xbox/PS2/GC through Midway Arcade Treasures 3 and is a port of the arcade version, where the DC version is going to be a different port that was also released on N64 and PS1. Not sure if there is a difference, not a big Hydro Thunder player.
