Opposite, modding Skyrim and Fallout is so easy that it's hard to fuck up (when using the CK). When unskilled modders start using Script Extenders instead of just sticking to the Creation Kit, that's when you can get fucked up. Or if you just get tons of incompatible mods but you should figure that one out for yourself.
