Battleborn would be so easy to make to a huge success. Just make a waifu game with the same game modes as Overwatch for free and the game would have million players. If they make a Cash Shop like Overwatch with great skins, Overwatch would be finished.

But they need to drop the sjw bullshit completely.

They should just give buyers of the game credits to buy loot boxes and everything would be fine. A game with a huge player base is better than having a game with no player base but the knowledge that only people who have paid as yourself have the game.

Honestly the worst thing about Overwatch is that it's a multiplayer shooter. Even in the classic Quake and TF2 days I couldn't play them for more than a few to a month before getting bored.

I do like playing Goldeneye Source though because the modes and maps keep it fun and less serious. We really need a new less serious shooter to come out again.

They didn't use Titan assets to make the Overwatch as far as I know. Tigole took all the competent devs in Blizzard to make Titan and then when that fell through did some wheeling and dealing to keep the team he assembled together and the result of that was all Overwatch. Titan never actually left preproduction.

My only problem with BB if the blunder of this shit is gonna mess up with BL3.

Gameplay and balance-wise the series only has been improving. BL1 was a broken mess that one weapon could completely shit the whole game and balance was a joke because Blast Master Brick and Mercenary Lilith existed.

BL2 made the whole manufacter thing actually matter a lot more and freshed out the scenery so it isn't always deserts, not to mention they basically revamped the skill tree system so you have game changers who can actually change fights instead of just adding flat gun damage or health regen.

Then TPS. They cutted all the crap pretty much like OP like steal weapons, Bee and other stuff and balanced the game around the characters, which on the subject, were a lot more balanced this time. Nisha might be brainless with the proper cooldown reduction but at least IT CAN DIE unlike Salvador, and nothing is as bad as Gaige's case where she can only exist if Anarchy is highly invested.

Say what you want, at least they're improving the game on the aspect it matters the most: The gameplay.

It was a MOBA. Not like how people say OW is a MOBA, I mean it had creeps and towers and everything. If anything it was more like HotS with the talent system, mercenary camps and map based objectives.

But it was incredibly unsatisfying to play. When you kill someone they just disintegrate, they don't ragdoll or anything. There's no impact to the things you do and it all feels so fucking lame. Half the time I didn't even realize I killed someone.

I remember in BL1 I was literally unkillable as Lilith because I had that skill that healed you to 100% during phasewalk (Which makes you 100% immune to anything) and the phasewalk cooldown was literally shorter than the duration of the skill, so anytime things looked bad I'd simply use phasewalk for infinite heals, I'm really surprised they fucked the balance so hard in that game.

Yeah, on BL1 you actually had to purposefully tone down yourself if you wanted any challenge. Having the best gear on BL2 and TPS is one thing but in BL1 it was insane, you didn't even need to buy ammo as Lilith. I think the main culprit is because Gearbox is retarded and just add level caps without thinking much about it and we ended up with the perma-walk or perma-gunzerker kinda problem.

I can actually go further and mention problems that were massive since the first game and are still present like damage over time being literally the most dangerous thing in the game and barrels/tanks and other explosives doing more damage than 80% of the enemies as well.
