Have you seen those spin illusions? Some of them has those designs and they look pretty spinning in your hand. Current fad that will not last long but the fidget/adhd toys fad will last longer

if you hold that middle part and it would slighty rotate and use some gears it could spin that outer part and feel pretty good because you can do it constantly with just 2 fingers
