I prefer 3 mostly because of Holiday Broadcasting which I play every Christmas eve.
But 3 also has the two worst levels, The greek level and the beanstalk level.
So, I really don't know which one is better because of that

Think of Gex 3D as a proto version of them. It was one of the first games to gives you a freely controllable camera instead of tank controls. It's worth playing, but don't expect anything on par with the best 3D platformers.
