Wrathful Staff is a (B) skill for Healers that removes their innate half damage penalty. Genny comes with it. There's no positive multiplier when attacking with WS, it removes the .5x damage penalty that Healers have, that's all. Pain is calculated separately, basically just has innate Poison Strike 3 on it.

It's a guarenteed 10, which comes from pain. Pain adds an atk of 3 instead of a +3atk when using assault. Pain damage comes after the battle.
Lucius + absorb + that skill + savage blow or something will become very powerful since he'll will deal lots of damage and thus stay alive
