no there's a critical and major different between 30 and 60 fps: you get fucking twice the information at 60 fps. You can move and react twice as fast. The only reason to deny it is pure emotional denial.

As I said before, BotW is the first 30fps game I've played in 7 years. It's extremely noticable, but the stability of the framerate make it ok to deal with and the extremely slow camera movement means that you can't blur the image more than sustainable amounts allow anyway

I'm sorry, I don't know what you're trying to imply here so I'll just explain how the game actually works:

enemies are statically placed throughout the game but some enemies are marked to be scaled based on how many divine beasts you have defeated. ie. defeat one the world levels up one, two the world levels up again etc. By the time you defeat four enemies regularly have shock/fire/ice arrows and royal weapons.

I hacked the shit out of it so I got all these free games to play (yes i know the library isn't the best, but it still has a few gems) and I got to play BotW. I could care less about a nintendo game being in GLORIOUS 60 FPS. I got a great PC with games and I still don't give a fuck about 60 FPS unless it's a MP game. I know its hard for some to believe, but I like playing vidya for FUN
