Zero is equally as bad as command.

The problem is that anyone who genuinely thinks this game is good is automatically labeled a shill. Shit rules; arwing levels are great and the motion aiming is like being able to play star fox with a mouse and keyboard. Its not perfect but its high points are some of the highest in the series.

The music was awful, unlike Zero which actually had good music

The reason why all range works in zero is because of the control scheme. Being able to move in one direction and shoot in another works better in 3d space than 2d. Zero is a better game for things like high score challenges than any other in the series because of how skill based its gameplay is

Because zero requires far less skill than 64 thanks to how fucking slow everything is. The game has to be run super slow because it's rendering simultaneously on two screens. And even as slow as it is it still can't maintain 60 fps, it's more like 50 with drops.

The only good thing about this game were the arwing sections, everything else, including the all-range mode and landmaster sections controlled like shit. They should just be done with Starfox as a rail shooter and turn it into something else.
