That's a good idea. Thanks. Both Morgana and my character have Media, but it's not enough. It seems like we're all weak to his wind attack, so whenever he uses that we're screwed.

You have to guard when you get the message about the nose.

You should also debuff the mouth when one of the eyes gives it +attack.

Madarame is pretty much your first lesson in why it is important to have and use buffs and debuffs during boss fights. -attack/+defense can make a physical fight a lot easier on you.

You can't be knocked down while guarding, even if you're weak to the element you are attacked with.

This guy is hard just because you don't have a lot of tools at your disposal yet. Only reason I could beat him was because Yusuke had his multi-target physical attack. I think he got it at at level 18 or something, so if you don't have it yet, you might want to just lose to the boss and then go back to the previous morning in order to grind. I also had Shiisa to help with the boss, too.

Keep a consent attack from the start and concentrate all your attacks on one piece (then move on down the line). He will revive fallen pieces but not at full health and it uses up a turn. Just keep a strong offense with occasional heals.

I think this boss managed to KO one of my party which is more than most bosses but he's still easy. Muras CEO was so damn easy it's the first time the game felt dumb.
