Not op but can i run this on a 750ti

Japanese.

The english dub makes 2B and A2 out to be much bigger bitches than they actually are, and almost ruins the characters.

I'm playing through with English first. I'll try ching chong later. I just don't want to have to read subtitles in the middle of combat somewhere down the line.

Maybe if you are an autist. Sometimes how someone says something conveys more information than the literal words themselves. You get a completely different and misleading impression of 2B in the English dub.

All the VA did amazing work in this game, but particularly I love 9S screaming "A2, I'LL KILL YOU!" and pretty much everything that comes out of english Emil's mouth.

To be fair the subtitle timing is very quick, and if you're a slow reader there's a good chance you'll miss bits of text during the action. Plus there's an untranslated scene in route C at a very climactic moment; though the spoken Japanese in it is fairly simple so you might scrape through with the gist. Better to play on English first if you're not sure even if I think the JP version is way better.

I played through Nier in English, so I did the same for Automata.

I'll try out the JP audio once I start up my second playthrough.

I've played through all routes with both and I think both are good, but the characters come off as having slightly different personalities. I like Japanese 2B over English 2B but I like English 9S over Japanese 9S. The parts of the game that are supposed to sound cute (there are a lot) work better in Japanese.

There are parts of the game where dialog happens during combat and it can be tough to read the subtitles while playing, so playing in English first might be worth it just for that.

The dialogues are already extremely cringy in English, let alone Japanese. Why do gooks love grunting and overreactions so much? Also
