Those sex mods they make for Bethesda RPGs, the effort that goes into them is admirable. They've even made one for Fallout 4.

I like the one for half life where you play as terrorists vs. the police and you need to plant a bomb. Also that warcraft 3 mod where you play one specific hero unit in defence of your ancient.

I couldn't even pick a favorite DOOM mod but it would probably be one of those.

Outside of DOOM I think the Max Payne Kung Fu mod is my favorite, that or STALKER Complete 2009

Unofficial patches count? Because VTMB wouldn't be anywhere near as enjoyable if if wasn't fucking playable.

AMK+Arsenal for STALKER, if not just using ZRP.
Network Addon Mod for SimCity4. Just adds a lot of transportation stuff to the game, it also bugfixes mass transit stuff making busses far more useful.
tie between Punisher mod and Gun-Kata(NOT Hall of Mirrors) mod for Max Payne 2.

Old Wolf3d has lots of mods, like Doom, but I really enjoy the work of Wolf Skevos Jones. Guy knows how to make things fresh, but without feeling like an entirely different game

The unnatural skin colours i unlocked were all pretty lacklustre imo. The super pale ones were alright, but had this weird textured shadow between the butcheeks that was way too dark and brown compared to the white-bluish hues of the skin making it look like samus soiled herself. This is especially noticable since my amazonian elf pawn always wears a thong.

Skyrim has a lot of great quest mods too though?
Some of them I guess you could consider as dungeon mods more than quest mods since they don't use the in-game quest system to deliver the quest and instead expect you to find your way through them and through the story in them.

Is there any mod to make the game harder? Dragon's Dogma's low level enemies become too easy. I'm thinking perhaps level scaling wasn't such a bad idea.
