Do you guys not know how skill inheritance works? You can still strengthen a level 99 persona and it will inherit one skill from the fodder. Just savescum and use the persona as fodder that has the skill you want until your target inherits the skill. I think hope diamond or crystal skull has all 3 auto skills.
