I really don't understand where this thought comes from, will World of Warcraft get a single player mode? No. It's a multiplayer game that's what it was developed as it's never made any sense to me even back during the Team Fortress 2 days when people asked for a campaign in that game as well.

Wow is a tradition RP dungeon crawler with a progressive story and plot. You could even play by yourself if you wanted to.

I honestly wouldn't even mind if the story mode/campaign was online only.
