Ephraim can be a good physical tank. Give him Dragonic Aura since he already debuffs DEF a ton and Moonbow would be useless. His speed is pretty awful though, so make sure you don't put him in line of speedy magic uses like Linde.

I pretty much put Reposition on anyone, just to fill the slot. It helped me a lot during GHB and Arena duels. I use it to get someone out of enemy range right after nuking someone, or to get someone closer to a ranged enemy to kill them without letting them get too close, especially if they have a dancer trying to meme me out.
It works both on offense and defense, it's pretty reliable.

Right now it's just Hector, Rein, Takumi, and a 4* bonus Zephiel. The last slot prior to muh bonus on defense was Lyn, Tharja, or Eirika.

I'm probably 5-6 weeks away from being able to horse meme team so until then I just need to scrape by with 1 lucky win a week somehow.

You probably want to ditch Lissa for Azura. Healing isn't very good in a meta that revolves around one round KOs. That said, defense tiles probably made healers better.

Azura with hone atk/spd, and then giving someone (other than Nino) rally atk/spd will be pretty potent. You could go all in and give either lucina or effie hone def/res just for gronnblade buffs.

Get your Eirika to 5* asap, she's the perfect match for Nino. Also Linde is a fucking cannon, do try to use her more. Azura is being wasted on that bench, she can dance and kill (red units), she's kinda fragile though.

Heavy investment plan:
Find the IVs on your Nino, turn her into the standard illiterate death cannon.
After that, get your Erika to 5 star so she gets her weapon, she's now Nino's new big sister.
Run Ninian and then which ever 5star sword you like best, personally I'd say Chrom with Sword Breaker or Xander.


For the current moment though : Bunncina/ robin
Ninnian,
Red Sword,
Camilla/ effie.

Buncina has pretty high attack and speed from what i hear, so she'll a good core attacker. If you want more flexibility, if your robin is +speed and not -attack, slap triangle adept on him and he'll destroy most reds and greys or get them low enough for someone else.
Ninnia will dance and be back up magic damage if you ever need it.
Red sword is your standard core phys damage, every team needs one, everytime runs one.

This last unit should be swapped for arena bonuses, but if you don't need that then put in Camilla for both movement and coverage against blues, or Effie to tank out the people you can't kill in a round. If you do run effie, you'll need a strong fast red to take care of all possible greens, and blues that hit hard enough to knock out the enemies lancers/ lindes

I know this sounds obvious but I always try and think about what I wouldn't want to face in arena and pick my team accordingly. I thought I feared teams with a dancer but I recently realised I didn't fear losing to a team with one, but I feared losing one of my units and fucking up my score.

I will rarely if ever lose to a team with a dancer because they're always a free kill, so really it's my 4 versus their 3; they just happen to have a unit that can throw me a curve ball if I'm not paying attention.

This is my tenuous way of saying I don't use dancers and instead go all out with my best units.

Nino is a really good unit, but like me you had a shit roll on her.
Camilla is a nice green though I would probably replace her for Nino later on if you get a better one. Linde is pretty good and should be able to take out even green units thanks to Azura's dance, still feel free to trade her for Effie or another more defense based unit.
Eirika is mainly a support unit, you need to get her to 5* so that she can trully shine. Lucina should be swapped in and out as needed as she's a pretty good unit as well.

You team was not bad, you just weren't using the units to their full potential. Give that new team a run, see how things go. I'm sure you'll like Linde.

How are you all holding in Arena so far? I almost managed to get a deathless streak but I got distracted and put Nowi on a danced Takumi's range and she got doubled during my sixth fight.

One of the easiest maps desu senpai. Just move to the north and south and you will effectively seperate the enemy team. That map with all the defensive tiles and forests is worse than this.
