Pets and weapon skins.
It's not enough that I get skins I can't see from randomized boxes or cold cash, I have to have glaring reminders that follow me around in game that tells me I spent money on microtransactions in a game I already paid above 20 smackers for.

this would probably fix all the problems but not because they did shit like that. it would fix problems because it is a mindset that isn't all inclusive. they would have a clear goal for the game, it wouldn't be so ambitious and would aim to satisfy a single niche which would likely translate to gameplay improvements since it wouldn't be so fucking generic
