Holy fucking shit why is there no bloodtinge weapons before chikage in this game.
I fucking died atleast 80 times trying to kill him underleveled and underspeced with the saw cleaver.
He spams mother fucking ranged area of effect attacks and goes fucking offscreen and flies at you, but because of the fucking camera you can't see him half the time and thus you can easily fuck up the roll direction and timing.

It's just a fun, easy to play aRPG, there's not much more to it. Won't burn you out with intensity the way a Platinum or shmup does after a 12 hour marathon but isn't completely braindead like most western action games.

Maria is a fantastic fight with great music, lore, and setting buuuuuut she's way too easy. She's absolutely pathetically easy if you parry and presents no challenge even if you don't.

I've honestly been killed more by the living failures in all of my runs than by Maria, and they've only ever killed me once.

Is online important at all in Bloodborne? About to play for the first time and don't really feel like subbing.
