Los Santos part of GTA:SA is the best part of the game. The atmosphere is great.

Tried playing it on PC a few years ago, the flight missions on mouse + keyboard were agonizing
Steam version has controller support though and they were no problem

Honestly the mission that pisses me off the most is that Azn gang one where you need a certain amount of swimming skill. I'm never prepared for it and have to grind it out.
