Really I guess I made the mistake of buying the game because I liked the design philosophy (everything has to look like a prop/set-design from the early 1980's).

I found the alien annoying and was worried about getting spooked by jumpscares.

The game is great.

The Season Pass only comes with bullshit time trial stuff. Don't get it.

The only DLC you should get is Crew Expendable and Last Survivor, and only if you're a big fan of the original movie for those.

All the DLC is mostly unnecessary, since it's all one-shot Survival missions. So you should've just bought the base game.

The main game is absolutely wonderful.
Play it on Hard.
