It's ok. Enemy variety is nonexistant and you have a very tiny arsenal, and the final act of the story feels super rushed. They missed a huge opportunity by having ALL of Dahl's forces be the operators. It could've given you another layer of the test where it sees if you're willing to kill humans hostile to you but they didn't take it. Also could've spiced up the enemy pool.
