microsoft probably owns some of the rights to that game. theres a reason why they never seem to acknowledge the games they released exclusively on the xbox and 360

Its a different style of game, its more open worldy, and not focused on tightly timed stages. They also simplified the graffiti to a single trigger pull rather than turning the analog stick, so they have graffiti spots in way more ridiculous spots and stuff. Its a really good game honestly.
