That job listing lasts until mid-2018, so it's not for Stars. Stars is probably a cross-gen title still based on the SM engine and graphics, while the game the job listing is for is probably built from the ground-up for the Switch and it'll come out in late 2018.

Crystal came out on the Game Boy color even after Game Boy advance had been out for a decent time.
Emerald came out on the GBA even after the DS had been out for almost a year.
Black 2 and White 2 came out on the DS after the 3DS had been out for a FULL YEAR.
If there is another Pokemon game set in Alola, it will be on 3DS. Gen 8 will be on Switch.

It's way too early for the domain to be registered considering when SM's went live. Game Freak always announces games on the same year of their release. Also, they've done yearly releases tons of times, ORAS was one year after XY and if this is just a third version of SM, there's no need to wait so long.

Considering the main Pokemon games have two versions each release, Sun/Moon, Ruby/Sapphire/ Black/White, etc, etc, just having a single title "Stars" doesn't sound like a main game. Maybe a new addition to the spinoffs like the Mystery Dungeon.
