Looking at your team, think one of the reasons they are coming in so slow is the positioning your units. Having both mounted units on one side makes it very easy for opponents to stack that side and deal with them piecemeal.

Have you tried different arrangements with your team? Klien-Titania-Rien-Ryoma on paper looks like it would do better.

One week that I was having trouble with defenses I tried testing my team on auto, on some easy story maps to see what they tended to do. I was honestly surprised with how stupidly my team separated itself, which was fixed by just positioning them.

It's called "secure" kill. If you want to level other units and run them by swords you can always turn off swordbreaker. Yet I'd advise against it.

Once in range of her, my ursula survived the enemy ursula by a little since I had fortify res and hp+3. After that, I moved her out of range and the enemy ursula attacked tharja and got brought down to like 2 hp where I finished her off.

Great debuffer with her initial weapon. She's good at engaging and fucking with physical attackers thanks to her speed and initial skill set. Most physical attackers don't have great RES so she can dispatch them pretty well too. Her major weakness is her meh RES stat.

Armored Blow with Seal Attack will keep you safe. C Passive is flexible, but Threaten RES is a good choice.

I think she is severely underrated. She carries me in my arena runs often enough with just the default skill set.
Lightning breath+ is an okay attack, but I feel she does a lot better with her default breath.

Dark breath+ means any one within 2 spaces of he target gets-5 spd and str
seal res3 means they get -7 res, which means dragon breath does +7 damage on any follow ups.
Using her with a dancer really makes her shine.

Armored blow is a good A slot skill, though I am also a fan of just Armor+3 and letting her tank a round first before going in even if in range.

As people have said her biggest drawback is being weak to magic. Though ninian's fortify dragons does help with that to a degree.

To be honest, having an armored and Calvary on the same team doesn't work too. If you have something to replace hector, he's the one I would swap out. New maps favor fast moving team that don't give you the time to get into ideal fort positions.

You might be able to make it work with hector and xander swapped places and xander with reposition. Though it would need some testing to get it to work.

Even my horse team can scrape 690 point wins on occasion, use better units. By that I mean 5 star them and fill out their skills. Knights and dragons have higher bst than everything else, then infantry, mages and cavs. Merges are also worth a lot apparently as well

What about making her a debuffer? Give her Seal Spd and Threaten Def. The idea would be to park her in a fort and anyone that tries to kill her would get -4 Atk, -7 Spd, -5 Def. Effectively making them easy pray for Sharena herself or any other unit the next round. Give her something like reciprocal aid and she could basically stay there forever as long as you take the necessary precautions against green units.
