Is Skyrim worth playing unmodded

It's the only way I played, since I had a slim PS3 and my PC still only has Intel HD.

Yes but like with all the scrolls games once you go modded you don't really go back unless forced usually.

I occasionally still play unmodded Oblivion from time to time but it is basically a sandbox with cheats after like level 20

I bought it on the PS3 when it came out and played it when it was running like dogshit with a bug that corrupts your save file. Yes actually.

Most of the mods I used were for textures, lighting, and faces.

Then I added a couple gameplay changes like Moonlight Tales.

Then I added UNPBHQBBQ and titty physics.

No, there's gamebreaking bugs that can occur that only the unofficial patch fixes. Mods including the unofficial patch now fucks the save on the remaster version of skyrim, because bethesda is too retarded to fix their game.

Modding skyrim is more fun than playing skyrim.

I've been replaying Skyrim on the PS3 for reasons. About 15 hours in.

Overall i's a good game, but it lacks unique content. So it becomes very dull unless your engaged by the quests.

Not really. It's a pretty bland game unmodded. You don't have to go balls to the wall but quality of life mods like SkyUI are crucial to being able to enjoy the game. Unmodded the ingame UI was a frustrating mess.

You can add mods that can add a few more mechanics or make combat more punishing, but it's still inherently shit.
