i have diseases in neverwinter nights 2, how do i cure it? is

It's been a while since I played nwn2 but they should just wear off after a certain amount of time or after you rest. Otherwise the divine spell "cure disease" or a potion of cure disease should fix it.

The "computer" in the name means computerized, not PC so RPGs on a console are CRPGs too. However CRPG is a mostly obsolete term and it only really applies if you're talking to fa/tg/uys.

You can cure poison or disease itself with spells/scrolls remove poison/disease or using a healthkit (you might need a heal skill to beat poison or disease DC) or rest (not all diseases/poisons) or for poison there is antidote potion.
Generally poison/disease it itself does small damage if any, but they have secondary effect of reducing attributes.
This secondary effect can be instant or after short time (in this case if you heal it quickly you wont get attribute damage).
Once you get that effect there are 3 ways to deal with it :
- small or normal restoration potion / spell
- healer NPC
- rest (only some modules do that, i.e. HOTU for NWN1)

Just finished planescape and have started BG II, bounced off them all before but enjoying them now. Just needed to read up a bit on the d&d rules.
