NG has a fair share of bullshit about it though. Like how the military soldiers can just get you in an inescapable grab attack and remove half your health bar. You'll be blocking their attack combo and then all of sudden half your health has gone.

I've had both NG2 and Sigma. Some enemies are in different places the giant worm boss in the jungle area was replaced with a new dragon one.you get to play as Rachel Momiji and Ayane in some side chapters complete with unique bosses.the aforementioned online mode.and they added some new giant sword.

Nunchakus are pretty much a stand-in for the Vigoorian Flails until you get them. They're pretty useful in that sense, good for dealing with the shitty flying enemies and the like. Also for the first Fiend Ryu in a speedrun, from what I've seen.

I'd say practice but you don't seem the type to have the patience so just have a guide open that tells you the best technique to beat a specific enemy. There's a couple online since this is one of those games that people love to speed run. The game really gets good when you know how to play it properly.
