I started playing video games because it was fun and you could go on cool adventures in different worlds. It's escapism not a matter of wanting to be a hero. The first game I played was Majoras Mask (I'm only 19) and it was so fun exploring this bizarre different world and it just never really got tiring for me. Sure there was the impending doom of the moon falling but you could always just turn back time and watch the postman deliver the mail every day, and all the different people doing their day to day things in Clock Town and around the world, it was such a magical experience for me. I never cared much for beating the game, I got much more enjoyment out of exploring the world.
