If i wanted to run to the far lands in minecraft how could i make it so that the world size wouldn't effect how the game runs on my shit laptop?
I have a game where i have run 400,000 blocks, but the lag is game breaking, and i can't find a solution.
I don't mind starting over if i have to, I just want to know that this is not going to happen again.
I'm so fucking desperate for help. I wanna beat that Far Lands or Bust guy to the far lands, and i'm sure i could considering how slow he is going.

lower everything to it's lowest.
If you play on a server world size won't effect performance.

Alright, but keep in mind
Unless you are on old versions, the farlands don't exist anymore.
There's a world border at a certain distance and going past it kills you
The game gets slower out there not because of how much terrain you've made, but because of the calculations it has to do with such huge numbers. you can teleport right out there from the getgo and your game will begin to run like shit at those distances
