as a kid getting outside the map was a spiritual journey for me
i would use set spawn feature to spawn out of bounds slowly inch by inch because unles you moved the out of bounds thing wouldn't trigger and make you bail and once you inched past the trigger you could skate around in a 2d city

this worked on Tampa, Hawaii, and Vancouver best
I think it worked on manhattan up on the bridge or something
