If I have Revelator but none of the dlc characters, and I buy Revelator 2, will it come with all those characters too?

Also, any beginner tips for a baby who has only played a bit of SF5? Right now I'm trying to learn Ky since he seems easy to understand and more straightforward than Sol, who is apparently the other beginner character.

Learn what moves can connect at whatever ranges, look on youtube for tutorials. After practicing and doing the tutorial, hop online to get wrecked and maybe do some of the missions in mission mode

They all come with Rev 2, just gotta buy the upgrade. Play the tutorials, the game has really good tutorials. Look up youtube guides for beginners or character specific guides if you feel like you need another example or explanation.
