If you're being serious, Madden, FIFA, and NBA 2K are some of the last games with local MP on consoles. Madden and FIFA Ultimate Team make so much money it covers the budget for multiple games, and can still make a tidy profit. Similarly, NBA 2K has a similar game mode, but their online park mode (taking your single player character online for 1v1 up to 5v5) is their most popular mode. It gets players to spend real money on the funny money needed for attribute upgrades and visual accessories.

I usually pick up a $15-$20 copy of last years sports games every 3-4 years or so. I really miss the college games though, those were always my favorites.
