Yeah, I'm glad I played pokemon in the lower levels of the dungeon an got several element types for Joker to switch between. However, the battle crazed horseman or whatever I just haven't been able to outwit. He's weak to lightning so I'll stun him, but he doesn't want to talk at all, and even an all-out attack chips him for like 50 damage. Then when he gets up he'll 1 shot Ryuji.

There's actually a reliable litmus test that can determine the level of pandering being done towards SJWs in any given game. It goes as follows:

>does it have a strong female protagonist who cries, or is snarky, or kills men like it's nothing because she's a strong and empowered?
>does the game lack difficulty, because dying is "problematic" in the eyes of your average tumblr user?
>does the game have more than 1 hour of cutscenes and dialogue and voice acting?

usually games like these are SJW tumblr baiting trash, because you'll notice that not a single one focuses on the gameplay above all else, and you know Tumblr's atttitude towards games: "they need to have less gameplay because it's toxic gamer mentality to ask someone to try harder".

For example, Bayonetta is SJW trash because of its excessive cutscenes, cancerous quick time events, and strong independent cringeworthy womyn main character. Hyperdimension Neptunia is a visual novel with no gameplay, so it too succumbs to the tumblr fever. Lastly, even Persona does this since the average amount of story in any given P game is about 18 hours, give or take 40 hours.

Compare that to a series like Metroid, where Samus isn't a snarky asshole who kicks men in the balls because she's so damn strong and independent, her game has virtually no story in it, and is free of cancers like quick time events and cutscenes. It is videogame kino at its finest.

I cant remember what level I was (just finished the game a 2nd time, will wait a while till the 3rd) but I was around that level or even lower and I remember the only reason I got my ass kicked over there was because some enemies respawned in awfully inconvenient locations while the key holders themselves were not that hard. The key to most enemies are just finding their weakness then all out attacking that ass repeatedly but with them I think after a few persistant attacks they were down. Like someone else said do something that effects them, I used sleep from a persona I got earlier and kinda spammed it whenever I got in a jam. On top of them not attacking you get a huge damage bonus with that free attack.
