I don't really know then, given you only listed two games.
There's Oreshika 2 which is a neat game, but you probably have played it already, then there's tons of dungeon crawlers like Demon Gaze or Stranger of Sword City, if you want something more visually stylish there's Ray Gigant, then there's the Atelier games if you like more cutesy stuff, Natural Doctrine and more., the west recently got Caligula too, if you can bear the mediocre performance it could be a good game for you to dig into.
Of course, if you knew moon you could get some really great exclusives like the SaGa games but they do require good moon to read and play through, especially Scarlet Grace.
I personally don't like Kiseki, so I'd tell you to go for the Digimon games, but that's my opinion.

If you like action RPGs there's stuff like Ys, but I assume you're just talking about turn based stuff.

The new Shiren the Wanderer is nice. It's a Mystery Dungeon game where your character level resets after a dungeon, so every new foray can kill you if you get clumsy. You'll have to use and manage lots of different items with a dizzying array of effects.

I'm not far into it but it seems to have tons of content, including a Minesweeper-style side dungeon. Nice sprite art too.

A big reason why 3DS gets a bunch of exclusives in the first place is because the hardware is so weak, it has 2 screens, and the resolution is so low. Porting a 3DS game would take lots of work while porting a Vita game probably takes no effort.

Hell, EU didn't get Rune Factory 4 for years after the devs died and all they had to do was insert text and get it certified and rated which is a lot less to do than rework an entire game for PC.
Rune Factory 4 devs got absorbed into Marvelous after they died and did Lord of Magna and have been quiet since then so they might be working on a Rune Factory 5 now. If they are, Switch to PC ports will likely be just as easy as Vita to PC ports.

Besides, the Vita itself has quite a few solid franchises and much more third party support, Soul Sacrifice Delta alone is one of the best and most original games of the last generation, the last SaGa game plays like nothing you've seen before and has hundreds of hours worth of content, Shiren5+ is a godsend if you like roguelikes, then there's Umihara Kawase, Darius Burst Chronicles and tons of other great franchises.
