The average technologically illiterate console gamer does not, when something doesn't work their mind goes blank. All they can think to do is go onto a Forum and basically ask "MY PC IS BROKE HOW DO I FIX HELP"

Work in IT support and you'll soon realise the average person is simply not ready for the freedom and responsibility that PC has, they need consoles and iPhones simply because they're so locked down, the chances of fucking them up are slim.
