People give up their save data, and if you keep dying during the bullethell section you'll get a group of extra ships around you that makes you unkillable and they fire more bullets. It will give you people who's given up their saves, and if you get hit it'll say that their data was deleted.

Theres smalls details like at first the background is black and as you keep dying eventually you get a message from a player when that happens a bright star appears in the background. Its pretty neat desu also the choir is done by platinum staff.

forgot to add, your savefile only count as 1 life. Should the person you're helping die with it its gone and they will move unto the next player in line who left you a message and sacrificed their savedata.

I didn't at first so that i was able to get the remaining trophies, after doing so i went back to sacrifice my saves.

I did, I also had to use the help. For some reason, my game would CTD when reaching the 50 death mark (which is when you get your first powerup). I'm all for hard games but there was really no point in trying if I couldn't even get the first of the two powerups.

Honestly one of the best moments in video games for me. It's really really powerful how it keeps pushing you and then the chorus kicks in

Cut out pointless farming and it is. After a few fetch quests I decided to say fuck it and focus in the main story in 24 hours, with completion to 100%, then anouther 4 hours for farming gold for achievements.

What farming? Every sidequest that requires an item spawns an enemy that drops it and then points you to him. Only thing that relies on random drops is the weapon and poid upgrades.
Also completing the main story doesn't mean 100% completion in any way.

I had the worst luck with drops on one of the mandatory quests on the beginning of the game.
I killed enemies and picked up everything on the marked area and nothing happened and I was way confused, thinking that maybe I just didn't get something.
But no, I just had shittiest luck.

Best moment in a videogame since MGS2.

I find it funny that it doesn't even give you the option to sacrifice your savegame if the sentence you choose isn't encouraging. I picked something like "I hate Platinum Games!" the second time around and it just said okay and ended without giving me the option.
