As a tank you shouldn't be focusing on killing other tanks you should be focusing on keeping your team alive.

And no one gives a shit about how well healers kill other healers because they shouldn't even be bothering to do so. The only exception is Zenyatta because he's designed to be a hybrid glass cannon that can also heal slowly.
