You can try putting crossplay on KoF but in the long run, people would just play SFV or just shittalk SFV instead of playing other games. There are exceptions to this, but they are few in between. The fact that Capcom can get away with a game like SFV which has so many flaws but still gets it's dick sucked is a testament to that
