I have two the "God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals" title in Guild Wars/Guild Wars 2. Probably the most notable accomplishment I have in my miserable pathetic life.

I played through both Dwarf Fortress (which is actually accessible) and Aurora 4x (which is quite daunting).
I can finish Diablo 2, Titan Quest, and Path of Exile with naked/no-items characters.
I had 5.8k MMR in Dota2 before I quit for good.
I finished Super Meat Boy + dark world (I am terrible at platformers, so that was an achievement for me).
I was a Patriarch (race leader) in an old Korean MMO (RF Online) for quite a long time. And that was.. 10 years ago? I think I should quit vidya altogether..

I was able to complete a Mission in EDF 4.1 on Inferno after all 3 of my friends died and I played a low level ranger

On my first playthrough of Dark Souls 3 I got the Usurpation of Fire ending without any kind of outside help or research, or even being aware of what I was doing.
