Are you talking about the date you need to finish the palace by or you being able to max out everything and do all confidants? The former is a very generous amount of time, anon. I wouldn't be concerned about that. For the latter it's possible you'll miss something on your first run, but unlike the previous two Persona games you have a good amount of time to do all confidants even completely blind.

Don't worry OP! I also hate timed games, ruined Majora's Mask and FF13 3 for me, but Persona has always been chill and dope as shit. All you have to worry about is completing the palace by the end of the countdown. Doing palaces immediately leaves you with a buuunch of time to dick around and do what you want, then just wait for a new objective.

Just don't worry about it and play the game.

"Your knowledge increased" just means you got knowledge experience. It takes quite a bit of experience before you level up. Keep at it and your stats will improve though.

Honestly, just do the entire dungeon in the first day or 2 and have the entire rest of the time period to do whatever the hell you want.
Without stocking up on coffees and getting the patch, most dungeons should only take a single day or two.

And once you unlock and buy the SP patches from the nurse and start getting a good supply of coffee, you can pretty much complete every dungeon in a day (or two if you are required to leave to do something (which honestly happens like twice the entire game).

So yeah, just tackle them as soon as you can and relax for the rest of the days you got.

And for the above things, get the nurse to rank 7 as soon as you can (really you can get the patches sooner, but the best patch you want to get will cost 100k until you reach rank 7), max out the maid as soon as you can, and get Sojiro to 5 as soon as you can (though you can only get sojiro to rank 3 until you finish the 4th dungeon and it takes ages to do even that until then)

Just max out the teacher and fortune teller confidants as fast as possible and you'll have waaay more than enough time to max out everything. I had like all of December to just to whatever because I had everything maxed by then, didn't even use a guide. This game is extremely fucking lenient.
