boom loops aren't nearly as demanding as FADC flash kick ultra 2. Or anything from any other game currently out.

Urien's headbutt loops are easy as fuck too, canceling a standing normal into a up charge move is charge character 101 shit. Nowhere near the level of execution that charge partitioning took.

Also that "dedication" list is more about dedication to losing more than anything. SFV is babbyshit.
