the location was literally underground, in space, 95% brown for 95% of the game

Fucking hell, this. After console users hyped this up as the second coming of Christ and constantly spammed "never ever" regarding it, I purchased it when it came to PC.

Nice fucking meme, guys. Its absolute shit. The combat system itself is amazing, no doubt. But holy fucking shit, EVERYTHING else in the game is ass.

Quests are ass
Map is ass
Progression is ass
Plot is ass

Literally the only good thing this game has (its combat) is absolutely god tier, but I just cannot fucking tolerate the rest of the absolute shit this game forces me to put up with

JSRF never ever because apparently Microsoft owns life time publishing rights to that, and the other Xbox Original Sega exclusives. I don't know if this is true or not, but it would kind of explain why Sega basically never acknowledges any of the Xbox games they made.

Yeah, MS signed a massive exclusivity deal with Sega (It was for something crazy like 12 games; impossible to imagine one of the big three doing that with a 3rd party publisher these days) that started with JSRF and ended with Chromehounds in 2006. MS weren't directly publishing them, but they have lifetime dibs on them due to fronting the entirety of development and marketing costs.

People will bitch and moan about it now, but it kept Sega alive at the time.

Apparently, it's the way it upscales. Frames or how it runs isn't the issue, it's just got some fucked upscaling thing where it upscales and downscales and upscales again. So the lower the resolution, the less problems you have apparently. Play it in native and all stuttering goes away. Apparently, the crack just rips out one of those steps by changing some bat settings file.

Are people just port begging for the sake of it? Why are people calling for anarchy reigns after Vanquish, that game is garbage.
