He's Doomguy's brother, who's also his sidekick and a bit of a coward, but he can jump higher.

That's Foonguy, Doomguys's formerly alive cousin.

Doomguy from the future. After D44m there wasn't anything left for him to do so he went back in time and tried to stop himself from becoming the doomslayer and perpetuating demonkind. He got late to the party and only managed to witness his past self get sent to hell. Future Doomguy then fought on Earth and eventually went on is demonslaying shenanigans on other dimensions and timelines.

Considering that Doom's story begins when everyone is already dead and doomguy is left alone, either that guy is actually doomguy or neither of them are.
