Every city is just several buildings and every town is only a couple of buildings.

If it's a BOTW-style open world, where there's a (relatively) small tutorial area, followed by a gigantic no-holds-barred open world where you can fuck around and do anything you like in any order... then I might give it a look. Assassin's Creed always had a bunch of bullshit "data walls" and shit in their open worlds, preventing you from going everywhere right from the start. Since BOTW, I feel like I just can't stand open worlds that don't allow you to just fuck off in any direction you like.

No matter what I do or what I upgrade my hardware too I always get 100% CPU usage and 30-40 fps.
